Brush roller 1600 mm

This 1600 mm brush roller is designed for use in automatic sole cleaning modules within hygiene stations. Typical applications include food processing facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, or other hygiene-critical areas. It is used to replace worn-out rollers or to retrofit existing systems on a case-by-case basis.

The 1600 mm brush roller offers the following impressive features:

• For use in hygiene stations (compatible with the 1600 mm brush module)
• Ideal for areas with high hygiene standards, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries
• 1600 mm brush length with a total diameter of 195 mm
• Durable polyamide (PA6) bristles with a diameter of 1.5 mm
• Blue bristles for better visibility of dirt
• Delivery includes fittings: M30 cylinder screw, brush shaft (bearing side), and set screws
• Ideal for maintenance, retrofitting, or as a replacement part
• Price is per unit (1 brush roller)

The roller is made of durable plastic with PA6 bristles that retain their shape even with heavy use. The blue bristles make it easy to visually check for cleanliness or wear. This 1600-mm version is particularly suitable for wide cleaning zones and facilities with high foot traffic. It covers a significantly larger cleaning area than the shorter versions and is fully compatible with our hygiene stations (brush length 1600 mm). This brush roller is also available in other lengths, including 400 mm, 700 mm, and 1100 mm.

The brush roller is supplied with fittings, meaning that all necessary fasteners—such as the M30 hex socket cap screw, the brush shaft bearing side, and matching set screws—are included in the scope of delivery. This allows the brush roller to be replaced with minimal effort and installed directly into the existing system.
